Job Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling - Initiate calls to potential or existing customers to promote products, services, or gather feedback.

Inbound Call Handling - Answer incoming calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information about offerings.

Lead Generation & Follow-up:
Identify prospects, maintain a database of leads, and follow up consistently to convert interest into sales. -
Customer Relationship Management:
Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction through courteous communication. -
Record Keeping:
Maintain detailed logs of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes. -
Target Achievement:
Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call quotas and conversion targets set by the team or management. -
​Feedback Collection:
Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and report recurring issues to supervisors.​
Field Support Executive
Position: Field Support Executive
Location: Coimbatore

Job Responsibilities:

Document Collection & Delivery:
Visit customers to collect necessary documents and deliver receipts, contracts, or promotional materials. -
Field Follow-ups:
Follow up with leads or customers who were contacted by telecallers and require in-person assistance. -
Customer Assistance:
Provide basic product or service information during visits, clarify doubts, and guide customers on next steps. -
Coordination with Telecallers:
Act as a bridge between telecallers and field operations, ensuring timely execution of tasks assigned during calls. -
Reporting & Updates:
Maintain logs of daily visits, customer interactions, and task completion status, and report back to the telecalling team or supervisor. -
Time Management:
Plan routes efficiently to cover multiple customer visits in a day and meet deadlines.​​
